Recipes

Double Chocolate Fudge
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evap. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 t.salt
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla
1 pkg semi-sweet choc. chips
1 pkg milk choc. chips

Combine: sugar, milk, butter and salt in a sauce pan. Bring to full, rolling boil over madium heat, stirring constantly
Boil 6 min more, stirring occassionally
Remove from heat, stur in marsh. nuts and van.
stir til melted and well blended
Take 2 c. hot mixture and add 1 c.
semi sweet chips. Stir til melted
and well blended. Pour into evenly greased 8" square pan
Add 1 cup milk choc. chips to remaining mixture
